With a healthcare background and experience working within interdisciplinary teams, I will work, communicate and coordinate with your support system and healthcare professionals if you wish, providing you with consistency and balance each step of your healing path forward. By providing customized healing sessions based on your vision, health, tolerance and environmental surroundings, I will assist you in finding holistic comfort in the most challenging of times. By using a gentle healing approach, with care and consideration of all that your body, heart and soul is challenged with, the work can begin. In the beauty of your own home or current residence of healing, may we cultivate the highest and greatest level of calm and relief.
PALLIATIVE MASSAGE:
If you feel that your health care plan is missing a holistic component, consider this addition to your healing path. Focused, gentle and customized massage treatments to assist you in finding greater comfort and well-being. Massage is a therapeutic and compassionate approach to mental and physical wellness and can be introduced to your daily, weekly or monthly health care plan; reducing pain, relieving fatigue, increasing endorphins and provide meaning and respite in the most challenging of times. Guided meditation offered as another extension of pain relief upon request.
60 or 90 Minute sessions available. If utilization of a massage therapy table is not your preference for safety and or comfort reasons, accommodations will always be made to work with you in the safest most comfortable place in your home environment.
HOSPICE MASSAGE:
Every day we are alive is a day worth living wholly. If you or someone you love is facing limited time with life due to a terminal diagnosis or advanced aging, let us find trust, love and light with this massage session. Allow massage to be a natural and non-invasive healing modality that brings calm and relief, both physically and spiritually, as you enter into the hospice phase of your life. This customized and gentle approach will help to enhance your mental and physical balance during this most sacred and sensitive moment in time. You deserve peace and fulfillment every step of the way. Guided meditation offered as another extension of pain relief upon request.

END OF LIFE DOULA SERVICES AND RESOURCES
Beyond the medical care and emotional support of hospice and homecare services, there may be deeper interwoven connections to be made for someone facing the sacred life transition to death. Anna provides in-person end of life doula support at her client’s side in a myriad of ways. Depending on where you or your loved one is at in the process of preparing to transition to death, Anna can offer compassionate support to you. Anna opens the conversation with an open heart and space to determine how she can assist you.
This assistance can manifest with life review and legacy project work to honor and celebrate the life that you lived, helping you customize your environmental space to be as soulfully supportive as possible, offering non-medical assistance as a supportive adjunct to your already established hospice resources and/or holding spiritual and emotional space during the active phase of dying.
Anna can also offer recommendations and resources (remotely or in-person) for brainstorming/planning/implementing end of life considerations and in-home ceremonial possibilities. In partnership with the sister company Spirit Vessel, Anna has found a comprehensive connection and guide to recommend to her clients who wish to create a personalized ceremony for passing in the blessed comfort of your own home. The Spirit Vessel guide can help you and your family cultivate your end of life services exactly as you wish them to be.
